Located in the Adams Morgan district of Washington DC, the development included the renovation of the units, amenities, and building’s systems along with the revitalization of the building’s ground floor street façade. Ultimately a value-add development where the number of residential and commercial units were increased through strategic combinations, separations and relocations.

Services include oversight on the entire development project from design, construction, job cost accounting, and tenant build-out coordination.
